ROSE BOWL CENTENNIAL LOGO DESIGN CHALLENGE
The Rose Bowl is one of the most famous venues in entertainment history located in Pasadena California. Opened in October 1922, the stadium is recognized as a National Historic Landmark and a California Historic Civil Engineering landmark. The Rose Bowl is the 15th largest stadium in the world and the 11th largest stadium in the United States. Best known as a college football venue, specifically as the host of the annual Rose Bowl Game and since 1982, it has served as the home stadium of the UCLA Bruins football team. The stadium has also hosted five Super Bowl games, 1994 FIFA World Cup Final, 1999 FIFA Women's World Cup Final, and the 1984 Olympic Gold Medal Match. In addition, the Rose Bowl has hosted some of the most iconic music legends such as The Rolling Stones, Taylor Swift, Metallica, Jay-Z and Beyonce, BTS, Kenny Chesney and Jason Aldean, Justin Timberlake and so many more!
